3. Scope changes: Requests that change direction or increase deliverables may require a revised quote and timeline.
4. Reference pricing: Website prices are indicative; final pricing depends on complexity, deadlines, and requirements.
5. Payment timing: We may require a deposit or full prepayment before work begins, as stated in your invoice/agreement.
6. Late payment: Late or incomplete payments may pause production until balances are received.
7. Revisions: Revision rounds are limited to what is included in your package/quote unless otherwise agreed.
8. Feedback quality: You agree to provide consolidated, actionable feedback; repeated fragmented notes may extend timelines.
9. Approvals: Once a deliverable is approved (or published), further changes may be treated as a new request.
10. Client materials: You must provide necessary files, links, branding, and instructions promptly to avoid delays.
11. Rights to materials: You confirm you own or have permission to use all media you provide (video, audio, images, music, fonts, logos).

14. Our tools: We retain rights to pre-existing tools, templates, workflows, and know-how used during production.
15. Portfolio use: Unless confidentiality is agreed in writing, we may display completed work in our portfolio.
16. Cancellations: Cancellations are subject to fees for work completed up to the cancellation date (see Refund Policy).
17. No outcome guarantee: We do not guarantee views, engagement, revenue, or platform algorithm results.
18. Liability limit: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for EditMosaic services. Because our work is custom and time-based, refunds depend on project status and delivered value.

1. Pre-production cancellation: If you cancel before work begins, you may request a refund minus processing fees (if applicable).
2. Scheduling & prep: If scheduling, onboarding, or setup has started, deposits may be partially or fully non-refundable.
3. Eligibility review: Refund eligibility is confirmed in writing after reviewing project status.
4. Work-in-progress: After work begins, refunds are not available for completed labor/time already spent.
5. Unused portion: If you cancel mid-project, unused portions may be refunded at our discretion.
6. Delivered drafts: Drafts, cuts, or exports already delivered are considered value delivered and are not refundable.
7. Scope changes: Changing your mind or requesting a new direction is not grounds for a refund.
8. Quality concerns: If you are unhappy, contact us promptly with clear, actionable notes.
9. Revision remedy: We will attempt to resolve issues via revisions within the included revision scope.
10. Out-of-scope requests: Changes outside the agreed scope may require additional billing rather than a refund.
11. Delivery link issues: If a delivery link fails or expires, we will re-send it within a reasonable timeframe.
12. Third-party outages: We are not responsible for platform/hosting outages outside our control.
13. Compatibility: Format compatibility issues must be reported promptly so we can provide alternative exports when feasible.
14. Chargeback first contact: Contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve issues quickly.
15. Unjustified chargebacks: Unjustified chargebacks may result in service suspension and recovery of costs.
16. Processing time: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method; timing depends on your payment provider.
